General provisions
You may return any online purchase, for a refund or exchange, by clearly informing of your intention to do so, in writing, within thirty (30) calendar day from the date of delivery.
All returns must include the original sale receipt that was delivered with your product and be returned in original packaging.
All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection before the return or exchange is accepted. Any item with obvious signs of wear, alteration (including resizing) and damage will not qualify for return or exchange.

Returns Procedure
After receiving your written request for return or exchange, Malca Amit will pick up the item(s) from your location and ship them to Us, for quality inspection.
Following the quality inspection, We will refund you for the Price, within 30 days after the inspection date. The Price to be refunded is free of any customs duties, taxes and shipment costs.
We will only refund to the same credit/debit card used to purchase from Our website, or, in case of bank transfer, to the same bank account used for payment.
